WAYS TO WORK WITH ME…..

As a trauma integration facilitator and artist I combine my knowledge, skills and experience in both of these fields to help you uncover and unravel blockages from your past that are limiting your creativity, your life and your future.

Services I offer:

90min Integration or therapeutic sessions.
1 single 90 minute therapeutic session: 90mins is most beneficial as it allow us to go deeper into processes that would normally be limited in a 60 minute call.

3 or 6 Month Container: The container is designed to provide a dedicated period of time together 3 or 6 months, where we can deeply explore topics in a contained space knowing that you have a continuum of safety and support. This creates a space for more vulnerable aspects to come to the surface to be nurtured and integrated and also for deeper and more profound shifts to be experienced in our day to day lives.

Both 3 and 6 Month Containers Include:

* 1 x 1 hr Preparation Call where we come together and discuss where we get a little deeper into who you are as a person, your background, your struggles, your needs etc so we can get to know and understand you more. We discuss where you are in this moment of your life and what you wish to get out of the next 3 or 6 months and in what way you would like us to work together, with me offering suggestions where and if needed.

* A container consists of 3 x 90 minutes sessions per month, which is 1 session per week for 3 weeks and then one week off a month to allow time for integration. (I sometimes need some flexibility around which week we take off when I have retreats taking place as these weeks I will not be available).

Private Ceremonies: This is where we work together in person over 1 – 3 days with a specific intention you will have to create a change in your life or a shift in your consciousness. Private ceremonies are designed specifically to your needs.
